I was co-architect and lead content creator of Brown-Forman’s first chatbot—the Whiskey Whisperer—which demystifies a difficult category and creates brand engagement, guiding product selection and providing education. Part of a 360 integrated campaign, the on-demand bot was hosted on their Facebook page; Bot 2.0 now lives on Cheers to the Host.
Cheers to the Host is a cocktail and entertaining website where I led brand voice and copy. Formerly a product-driven website, it now has more of a lifestyle focus and is a hub of cocktail, food and inspiration.
